Chain of custody and provenance

WHAT LAZARUS SHOWS

Lazarus’s Certificate Inspector places vial batch LL-TESAMORELIN-0125 (“on your vial”) beside Janoshik report batch CS-te10-0111 (“report only”).

WHAT THE DOWNLOAD REVEALS

The downloaded certificate shows CS-te10-0111, but its task number, client, manufacturer and unique verification key are blacked out. Nothing visible in the published material maps LL-TESAMORELIN-0125 to the sample Janoshik tested.

Evidence summary

TWO BATCH CODES. THEN THE IDENTIFIERS DISAPPEAR.

At first glance, the page looks reassuring: a Janoshik certificate displayed beside the Lazarus vial batch. Look closer and the numbers split. The vial is labelled LL-TESAMORELIN-0125. The report is for CS-te10-0111.

So we followed the trail and downloaded the certificate.

That is where the useful identifiers disappear. The task number is blacked out. Client and Manufacturer are blacked out. The unique key needed for Janoshik verification is blacked out. The report still shows Tesamorelin 10MG, batch CS-te10-0111, 11.41 mg and 99.704% purity—but it does not show the link to the Lazarus-labelled vial.

The lab result may be genuine. The missing step is the one that matters to the buyer: visible proof that the vial batch and tested sample are the same material.

REPORT SHOWN. LAZARUS BATCH LINK NOT SHOWN.

Vendor response

No vendor response was requested or received as at 25 August 2026. The COA Catcher correction and contact channel remains available for evidence-based corrections or a vendor response.

Limitations and uncertainty

This evidence does not show that the Janoshik report is fabricated and does not establish the composition of every Lazarus product. It shows that this report identifies Cocer Peptides and supplier batch CS-te10-0111, not Lazarus or Lazarus batch LL-TESAMORELIN-0125. The chain of custody between those batches is not established by the cited material.
